1. Physical Products (Books)

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of physical books within 30 days of delivery, provided the book is in its original, unused condition—free from markings, damage, or signs of wear. Books must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (e-books, audio files, and other digital content) are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues with a digital download, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can typically be canceled and fully refunded. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
